Wet-clicks don´t pay just for advertise

Wet-cliks I use it to make publi to my blog...
they simply don´t pay when they write in their terms:
"This is not a site that pays cash all earnings is for advertising purposes. This is an ad only site. Requesting payout is violation of terms and can lead to termination and is at minimum a donation to the site."
